Out of the mouths of Babes

OK so we are listening to the news on the radio station as we were going to town yesterday. The newscaster starts talking about Spain making a law stating animals have the same rights as humans. And Megan pipes up from the back seat and says "What'd they say?" I told her there is another country that is wanting to give animals the same rights as humans. Megan's reply: "Yeah right, like animals can vote!" I'm thinking if my 9-year-old daughter has that common sense how come these wacky lawmakers can't figure that out???? Maybe Megan should run for a political office...Griffin told her the other day she had a bossy head anyway!
