Christmas Eve & Day 2008

We went to Providence for Christmas Eve Service since Grandpa Keith was a Shepherd in the program. The kids did fairly well...except Griffin was pretty tired since the service started later and he was OK for about 30 minutes and then he started saying "I'm tired, I just don't want to go to church". After a little talk with his dad..he came back and fell asleep for the rest of the service. These pics were taken before we left.

Mandy had invited me to participate in Christmas Home Tour of decorations these next few scrapbook pages are pics of a few of the decorations in our house.

Christmas Morning with the kids. Grammy & Granddad had come up for Christmas breakfast and surprised the kids. They were pretty excited to see all their goodies under the tree.

Then we headed down to Les' mom & dad's for our Graber Christmas. We always have a great time there. The kids did dance & karaoke to PureNRG's "Santa Clause is Coming to Town". Griffin was the Rockin' Santa. They love doing stuff like that and you never know what they are going to come up with! They all made us smile and laugh.

Grandma bought all the girls their own little tea sets! They were so cute.

We bought KK a robe. My three love their robes and when she spends the night and after bath one of the girls will let her use theirs. So we bought her, her very own! She looked so cute in it!

Here are the kids playing with some of their Christmas Gifts. Kaelyn was showing Megan her MP3 player. Natalie was showing Grandpa how to play her DS game. And Griffin was pretty excited to get a new John Deere tractor!

Grandma bought the coolest cookbook for the kids by Paula Deen. She is one my favorite ladies, well Grandma & Paul Deen both are my favorite ladies when it comes to cooking! The cookbook has pictures and words of what is exactly needed to make the recipe and how to put it all together step by step. So if it is 1 cup of sugar..it is a picture of the measuring cup and picture of the sugar along with the words. It is so cool! We truly have enjoyed our Christmas get togethers and have been so blessed to have family come and visit and stay with us. It is wonderful to celebrate Jesus' birth with friends and family.
