The kids were beyond excited to see snow this morning!! The girls got to stand out in the snow waiting for the school bus this morning while it was still snowing! And when Griffin woke up this morning he yelled at the top of his lungs "MOM!! Look at the ground it's all white everywhere!". Of course we had to go out and check it out...He said can we build a fort? I told him there was not enough snow for that. Then he asked Can we build a snow man? No not enough snow. Can we make snow angels? No not enough snow for that. How about a snow ball??? I said yes I think we can make a snow ball! Griffin said we can have a snow ball fight! So we made it outside before it all melted away and had a few fun tosses of snow balls and he even made a big one and threw it at Neal! I know he'd love to have more snow to "play" in but this little bit was enough to satisfy him today! He also informed me that last night he prayed for snow and God made it snow for him today! Thank you Jesus for his happiness in the little things and that he acknowledge you for giving him the snow!

sounds like my kiddos.. It takes us a little longer to get going in the morning these days with our house full, but we did make sure we got out in time to play in the snow while it was still around... They thought they were in heaven!!
