Last Saturday the kids and I went down to watch their BIG cousins run in the WHS Invitational. Above is Chloe running during the race....She finished 1st even sporting a bummed ankle!! Yeah Chloe!! Her first place finish landed her an interview with the newspaper guy (see below). She was really nervous and didn't know what to say but from the article that was in the paper I think she did very well with her answers.
Big John also ran Saturday and was #3 in his Race! Natalie captured this picture of him coming into the finish! Way to go John! 
Mallory also had a soccer game going on at the same time/same place and we were just about to go over there to see her...when she came hobbling over to the shelter house...she had stepped in a hole during the game and twisted her ankle and played on it the rest of the game without telling anyone she was hurt! So Nurse Megan & Natalie to the rescue...they helped hold the ice on her ankle and worked on cheering her up!
Look how well they did...finished results....Mallory standing and smiling and having her picture taken with Cassie since they were both wearing orange t-shirts...we called them twinkies!
We LOVE going to cheer the cousins on in their events....this Saturday....my girls and the Washington Heller cousins will all be running at the same meet its a Jr. High/Senior High invitational meet! So hopefully the weather will be just a nice as it was last Saturday!
